Behold
The Spirit: Director's Cut - By Seth Castiglione
" Lucky, I hope all has been well since we last spoke. The
DVD editing software has been crapping out on me, however, I have completed the Directors Cut of the project, and it has been posted on YouTube.
You will be pleased to find every participants name in the credits, and a special thanks the Mojave Muleskinners (Without which, this project wouldn't have been
possible) I ran across Wild Bill Miller, or Rick Garcia, who ended up providing narration for the film. He spoke well of
you. When I am able to create these DVD copies, provide me with an address and I will be sure to send one
out. Thank you again Lucky, give my best to Windy Bill. Speak with you again,"

Movie Ranch - Landers, CA "TOTALLY
AWESOME! This was the ultimate weekend.
I don't even know where to start. Thank you all for coming and helping to
make this the best ever. There were so many people that made this special.
We had music from "Professor" Dave Bourne, Jeannie on the Dulcimer, Windy
Bill and Preacher, Hawk, Hans, Capt. Ball,
Maureen, Franklin and many more. Chance did a wonderful
service, our new friend Simpat showed us his special effects make up skills
and we had several great bartenders with Cutter in the lead. Soapy did his
shell game and we got treated to a magic show by the unbelievable Whit Haydn, Vice president of the Magic Castle. No matter how often you see his
tricks, you are always amazed again. He already has pictures up and he brought a fellow magician to deal
Pharo. Judge Geraldo made another
sign and too many to mention pitched in with supplies. I couldn't even dirty
up the pans fast enough that Madame Marylyn cleaned them. All together we
had close to 100 people and my daughter Nadine with the grandkids came from
New Mexico. That was of course a highlight for me. I hadn't seen them in
months. I am working on getting pictures on the website but have to wait till I
get some from Madame Marylyn. Anybody has some to share ,please send them
to me. Happy thanksgiving to all. Keep the old west alive" ~

Beautiful art & craft booths, delicious food, silly eatin' contests,
great entertainers and musicians...all enjoying the 107 degree heat and only
one rushed to the hospital! By the looks of the period garb on the
Muleskinners, you would've thunk it was the cool weather of November! Thank
you all for helping us to have a great fair despite the weather and fer'
bein' such good sports about it. Sunday's attendance was really down as the
heatwave got worse....but overall it was a really great fair anyway. Don't
yet know what we raised but all proceeds will go to our local school,
firewatch and library and we have you to thank for it. Next year we plan to
return the Fair to October or November...hopefully we'll get lucky with no
wind or rain? Thanks again. Love y'all!!" ~ Chay @ 2010

This contact is to
report the capture and detention of three rowdy scoundrels, Smoky Jack,
Ricochet, and Snake Dancer. These three devils practically destroyed the Hamburger
Patty's Restaurant at 197 West 200 South in Parowan Utah. We
are considering forming a lynch mob to take care of the problem. If they
ever get out of jail we hope they will come back so we can take care of
them once and for all. If any of the rest of your rowdy bunch ever come up
this way come on by, we will be ready with guns loaded. Sincerely Gaylord

Hello Madame Marilyn (www.madamemarilyn.com)
How are you? Just wanted to pass on mine and Paul's sincere thank you to you for
taking such wonderful pictures of our wedding! We are truly happy with the
photos, and we have had many compliments from friends and family too - so I
wanted to pass that on to you. We had such a lovely time, and the day was just
perfect for us - we would not have changed a thing!
We also wanted to ask you whether you could pass on a sincere thank you to the
fantastic re-enactors (Mojave Muleskinners) that we met after the ceremony, who
helped to make our day so special and memorable providing us with a
"wedding cake", treating us to their homemade chicken sandwich, and
celebrating us by shooting pistols!!. Send them our love and tell them we really
appreciated them being so lovely and welcoming. Again - thank you, from both of us.
Love from Anneli & Paul UK

even though she was so much more grateful than that."
To the Muleskinners,
thank you for making me feel like a little girl again, if only for a few hours

Greetings from the Northeast USA.
I have followed you mostly via your web site for a few years now. I first came in contact with the site after meeting one of your re-enactors and have enjoyed the pictures and stories. I especially enjoy the writings of Weakeyes Cody. Congratulations on such a fine site and I look forward to someday traveling west and seeing one of your gatherings. Jay
