An international group with members in AZ, CA, CO, IN, NM, OK, OR, SC, United Kingdom and Canada

Dedicated to the lives and times of the men and women of the Old West, and to the spirit of the era, 1860 through 1890

What began after a trip to Goldfield Ghost Town 25 years ago, turned into a kinship across the miles. The Mojave Muleskinners, set up their primitive 1800s' encampment  for an entire week in March celebrating 25 wonderful years of hooting, hollerin' and all around rabble-rousing!

Some pictures are posted on the Mojave Muleskinners Facebook Page site!!  ~ Cutter

The Mojave Muleskinners'  is an old west reenactment group reknowned for their authentic dress and character portrayal. They have been featured in several books, dozens of magazines, calendars, paintings, music videos, movies, commercials and television productions.

Sadly we have heard that Mojave Muleskinner #130 James G. Murphy, aka Irish Murph, has passed away. The nicest gentleman. May he rest in peace.

It has not been an easy year, for sure. Mojave Muleskinners #82 Connie Black Morehead, aka Fanny Onerneez passed away earlier this year in March.

Her husband, Mojave Muleskinner #83 Jack Moorehead aka Idaho passed away in April 2020.

Our hearts ache for the family. They were a lovely couple!  We had a blast gunfighting with them. They will be missed RIP

A small collection of Al Voelker 's pictures that he's taken of us over the years. Al has a natural eye for portraits! He took our 25th Anniversary group shot too.

We thank you, Al, for these wonderful photos!
